Six artists, five designs and one model in performance. Every artist\designer works with a different idea or conception of blood but nevertheless all of them use the same material to create a contemporary installation. Blood functions as a symbol as well as a specific aesthetic means of expression. Through its approach and its conceptual design of the clothes the installation puts a focus on the exploitative working conditions in the textile industry in Turkey and other countries of the world… and by this raises awareness for the problem. At the same time the project emphasizes the cultural collaboration between Germany and Turkey and links both cultures by its artistic concept and teamwork.

Altı sanatçı, beş dizayn ve bir model hepsi bir gösterimde. Her sanatçı/modacı kanın farklı bir fikir veya tasarımı ile çalışır fakat bununla beraber tümü aynı malzemeyi kullanarak çağdaş bir kurulum yaratır. Kanın fonksiyonu, dışavurumun estetik anlamı kadar güzel bir sembolüdür. Bu yaklaşım ve kıyafetlerin kavramsal tasarımı sayesinde bu kurgu, Türkiye’deki ve dünyanın diğer ülkelerindeki sömürü düzenine dayalı tekstil endüstrisindeki çalışma koşullarına dikkat çeker ve bu problem hakkındaki farkındalığı arttırır. Aynı zamanda bu proje, Almanya ile Türkiye arasındaki kültürel birlikteliğin artmasına ve kültürlerin sanatsal kavramları ile grup çalışmalarını birbirine bağlar.
